You need to escape them by clearing the obstacles, dodging the cars and outclassing them in the moves of the trade for getting safely from one location to another. There are safe places over the city which cannot be tracked by mob or police, and you need to travel from one to another before you get substantial proof about the deal or can escape the city without being harmed.
