Being a bit different from its previous version, 3D Frogger 2 is as addictive as it gets. You have the similar level clearance as the objective; however, there are some minor changes to the game which makes it more addictive. The game play is based on levels, but this time, you have more to do than the previous version. The game starts with you as the green frog, which needs to clear the entire level by filling up the caves on the other side. There is more than one cave in the level, and you need to fill all of them. You need to jump through the levels, and avoid being hit by the various obstacles in the game. There is a concept of bonuses in the game too, and you can collect them for a boost in the time, life or traffic clearance. This adds more fun to the game, and makes it even more addictive. Apart from the bonuses, which add to your strength and score, you also have some power ups which make the game even faster and give you more score. If you manage to clear the level in a powered up stage, you get extra points over the level clearance two thousand. The sound system of the game is very interesting, and it makes the game really worth playing. Overall, the game is very addictive and counts for a good successor over the previous version. A must try, it brings out the arcade style feel from the game, and makes you whine like a kid for some more action. A true addiction!
